Who handles your data?
Enquiries are handled by the person running ISKRA Mail Studio, a project in preparation. Contact iskramailstudio@gmail.com for questions or personal data requests. Controller identification details must be completed before official business launch.
What information do we collect?
Your name, email address, optional brand name, enquiry type and message. Please do not send sensitive personal information.
Why do we use it?
Only to read and respond to your enquiry, and where relevant discuss a potential collaboration. We do not subscribe you to marketing emails. Depending on the enquiry, our lawful basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request or our legitimate interest in responding.
Who delivers the message?
FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) transmits the form message and Google Gmail receives it. Their respective privacy terms and possible international data transfers apply. You may email us directly instead.
Retention and your rights
We keep messages only as long as needed to handle and follow up on the enquiry and periodically remove unneeded correspondence. Contact us by email to request access, correction or deletion. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.
